Many can get frustrated when they are asked to opt-in to a new email list especially when it is obviously a cookie-cutter email with just the default formatting right out of the box with no TLC applied. When it happens it is easy to feel that they could care less about us, and all they want is our email so they can sell us their stuff. I have recently moved our email lists from ConvertKit to Active Campaign, and I struggled to figure out how to modify the standard Active Campaign OptIn Email. It is actually pretty hidden.
