The Art and Science of Encouragement. Society has screwed things up for our kids and us. We have unfortunately really messed up how we pursue our goals. Somewhere along the lines, we decided to change the rules and went to a less effective method of achieving goals and making sure we keep our motivation levels up for astounding levels of accomplishment. Well, that stops today. We are getting back to what works, and getting back to helping our young people and frankly ourselves become happier, more motivated, and more passionate about our lives.
